To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dion Health disclaims all warranties and is not liable for damages arising from your use of the Site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
7. SMS text messaging terms
Dion Health sends account and billing text messages to patients of the practice. By providing your mobile number during new-patient registration, you consent to receive these messages.
Program description: Notifications about your account balance and issued statements, including a secure link to view and pay your balance.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out and help: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe; you will receive a confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (415) 570-2841 or hello@dionhealth.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
